Accents are skipped: type CAFE for café.

Game help

Include your app version, device model and a short description. A screenshot helps — hide any private details. Never send passwords, codes or card numbers.

Email support

Delete or export your data

Signed-in players can export their data or delete their account in Settings → Account. Can’t sign in? Email us from the account’s address; we may need to verify ownership.

Purchases & refunds

Ad-free and Unlock all levels belong to your Apple Account: use Restore purchases in the Shop on a new device. Apple handles refund requests.

Connect is rated 4+. Children under 13 play without an account and see only child-directed ads. Contact us privately about a child’s information or deletion.

Email is optional and never subscribes you to marketing. Please share only what we need to help.
