This website and Connect are provided by Teodor Radu, operating as the101company, Gheorghe Constantinescu 49, Brăila, Romania, 810306. Contact: contact@the101.company. These terms cover this website and our services. The iOS app is also licensed under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement.
The game and your account
The current iOS beta requires Apple or Google sign-in. Keep your provider account secure and use the game lawfully. Accounts with different providers are separate unless an explicit linking process is offered. Do not exploit bugs, interfere with other users or bypass access controls.
Bundled levels work offline after sign-in. Progress sync and online features require connectivity. Cloud progress does not include a transferable consumable wallet: coins and powers are saved per device and separated by account. Please review this limitation before purchasing. Beta features may change and may contain defects.
Prices and optional purchases
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. The App Store confirmation shows the applicable local price and billing terms before payment. Currency, availability and taxes depend on the storefront. Nothing is charged by visiting this site or contacting support.
Coins, powers and bundles are consumable digital items without cash value. Permanent ad removal and level unlocking are intended as one-time purchases; any time-limited ad-removal option or legacy subscription must display its duration and renewal terms before confirmation. Manage auto-renewing subscriptions through your Apple subscription settings. Deleting an account or the app does not cancel billing.
Purchases are associated with the Connect account used at purchase and cannot be transferred to another Connect account. Eligible permanent rights can be restored. Consumed items are not delivered again on restoration. See our refund policy for payment problems and your rights.
Fair use and intellectual property
The app’s original artwork, code, branding and music belong to their respective rights holders. Open-source components, dictionaries and licensed assets retain their own licenses and notices, available in the app or on request. You may not claim ownership of our original materials. Nothing here limits permissions granted by an applicable open-source license.
Availability and your rights
We maintain the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free beta software. We may restrict accounts that abuse or compromise the service and will handle disputes through support. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, remedies for defective digital content, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Romanian law applies subject to mandatory protections available in your country of residence. These terms do not remove your right to bring a claim in a court or authority with jurisdiction. Contact support first if you would like us to investigate a problem.
Age and privacy
You must be at least 13 to use Connect. The game is not directed to children under 13. On supported devices, Apple-provided age ranges are checked only where Apple reports a regional requirement. Connect does not request a birth date; account sign-in alone is not parental consent. Where local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission for a teen’s data processing, that requirement still applies; an Apple or Google account is not proof of that permission.
